Wedding game show
Wedding game show — ready-made fun for your guests
Questions about the couple, family and guests on the big screen. Host panel, TV board and team buzzers. Three proven ideas you can run yourself.

Classic wedding game show
Two teams, a TV board and a host with a phone — studio vibes on the dance floor. Prepare survey questions about the couple, family, friends and shared stories. Each round is one question and revealing scored answers.
Mix categories in one game or run themed blocks — e.g. “the couple” first, then “family”, then “predictions”.
Sample questions
- What does the groom lose most often?
- What would the bride take to a desert island?
- What will guests remember most about this wedding?
- Who apologises first after an argument?
- What should the couple do in their first year of marriage?
You add questions yourself as the host — FamiliVersus has no ready-made “wedding pack”. These are your survey-style questions: several answers, points for hitting a popular one.
On-floor task duel
This is a party format, not an in-app mode. FamiliVersus has no “Challenge” button — you play a regular survey round while physical tasks happen in the room. The host announces a task and decides which team finished first.
How it runs
- The host announces a task out loud.
- Both teams try to complete it as fast as they can on the floor.
- The host points to the team that finished first — they get first shot at answering.
- A survey question appears on the FamiliVersus TV board — the team tries to guess an answer from the board.
- Correct = points. Wrong = the other team may steal (like a normal round).
- Next task, next round — until you run out of ideas or time.
Sample on-floor tasks
- Bring a teaspoon.
- Bring a men’s shoe.
- Bring a tie.
- Find a specific item in the room (e.g. a candle, menu, flower).
- Line up by birth month.
- The whole team must do a gesture (e.g. raise glasses for a toast).
- Drink a glass together — non-alcoholic counts: water, juice or lemonade.
The app cannot see who brought the spoon first. The host is the judge — and that’s fine, because at a wedding everyone sees who won the race to the table.
Groom vs bride — one board, two scores
In this format the groom and bride compete like two teams. Each round has one shared survey question and a board with several answers.
Whoever hits the buzzer first gets to answer first. Then the players take turns, trying to reveal more answers on the board. Each correct answer scores points for that person — there is no shared point pool.
How it runs
- The groom and bride take two positions. In the app they count as two separate teams.
- The host reads one survey question and starts the round.
- Both press their buzzers. Whoever reacts first answers first.
- Then they alternate — groom, then bride, then groom again.
- If the answer is on the board, it is revealed and points go to the team of the person who said it.
- A wrong answer scores nothing and play passes to the other person.
- The round ends when all answers are revealed or after a set number of strikes.
- After several rounds, whoever has more points wins.
Audience hints
Each player can have their own “camp” of family and friends. The audience may shout hints for a few seconds, but the groom or bride always gives the final answer.
Sample questions
- What does the groom lose most often?
- What would the bride take to a desert island?
- What will guests remember most about this wedding?
- What does the couple usually do on a free evening?
- What causes the most chaos while planning the wedding?
- What should the couple do in their first year of marriage?
- What usually happens after the bouquet toss?
- What do guests most often take home as a keepsake?
These are not single-answer quiz questions. For each one, prepare several possible answers and assign points — that is how you build a real FamiliVersus board. This format works best in Open Mode, where the host can control answer order and award points to the right team.
Questions before the wedding
Do I need to prepare questions in advance?
You can use ready-made categories or prepare your own questions about the couple — by hand or with the AI generator on Premium.
Which Premium period should I choose?
7 days — wedding, house party or one-off event (10 PLN). 30 days — preparing an event, testing setup and several games. 1 year — schools, hosts, companies and regular events. Premium features are the same in every option — only the access period differs. One-time payment, no subscription.
Can a DJ or toastmaster host?
Yes. The host panel is simple — a laptop and a basic grasp of how a round works are enough.
Is it good for weddings and corporate events?
Yes. FamiliVersus and other Samiku games are built for weddings, team building, house parties and events.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. On a free account you can prepare an unlimited library (categories, questions, up to 8 answers when saving) — including questions about a couple, a company or guests, by hand or with AI on Premium. In gameplay the first 3 questions from your library are available (alphabetical order); the rest locked; up to 8 answers on the board. Full library in gameplay — with Premium.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You and your guests install nothing. A browser and internet are enough — host panel, TV board and team buzzer are web pages.
What are the TV board and team buzzer?
The TV board shows the game to the audience on a big screen. The buzzer is a browser page on one device — split into two buttons for teams. In a duel, first press wins. Connect everything to the host panel in a few clicks.
